Abstract

The article contains the analysis of the experience of the implementation of the complex diagnostic approach while building up the initial stage of a professional trajectory for postgraduate students-young lecturers of a higher educational establishment. The selection of a set of methods and the analysis of the results of the diagnostics allowed to single out some universal key positions by which a young specialist can be guided to optimize his career development process.
