Abstract

The problem of socialization is an actual for domestic and foreign psychology. Various types of families were being allocating to structural and social signs influence on process of teenagers socialization very differently. We can see contradiction between necessity of psiho-pedagogical support of teenagers and problems family education in the course of their socialization. The training program is a necessary condition for increase level of teenagers socialization. It includes such elements: training of success motivation; training of communicative competence; training of socially-psychological adaptation. As a result there are essential changes of socially-psychological characteristics teenagers: communicative and organizing abilities, motivation of success and adaptability.
