Abstract

In this article the historical experience of commercial formation in the XX-th century beginning in Russia on an example of the Vologda city Trading school is analyzed. The role of representatives of the power, the public initiative and private persons in the decision of material, financial, educational and educational problems of preparation of accountants, bookkeepers is shown. Requirements to arriving in Trading school, requirements to teaching structure, the maintenance, the purposes and problems of commercial formation during the investigated period are analysed.
