Abstract

The methodologic foundations of research of the issue of self-consciousness of a teacher in kindergarten in a process of his pedagogic practice are the principle of development, the theory of mind and action unity allow considering self-consciousness as an internal factor of personality development. It's origination and evolution is inseparably linked to the level of professional skills. It was indicated that personality perception of self-image in different situations goes on in the process of pedagogic practice, based on cogitation. It also takes place in all the forms of interaction with other people. The research exposes as well the mergence of these self images into the integral union, into the conception and later into self-identification as a subject different from other subjects.
