Abstract

Article is devoted the description of psychological features of professional work of the adviser of the call-centre, describes requirements of the given activity to touch, cogitative, motor and to other spheres of the expert. In article are carried out results of the empirical research of significant occupation characteristics of interaction of the adviser with the client as basic maintenance of work of the adviser also are resulted.
