Abstract

Presents the results of correlation between the study of the strategy of behaviour in a conflict situation and the types of interpersonal relationships, dominating mental states (of anxiety, frustration, aggression, rigidity, depression) and socio-demographic characteristics of doctors. The article confirms practical significance of regulation of conflict behaviour and proves correlation between strategies of behaviour, interpersonal relationships and mental states of doctors in a conflict situation.
