Abstract

The article proves relevance of the problem of effective interaction in the team in the organization. The author emphasises the peculiar significance of consideration of organizational culture. The organizational culture is considered as a condition which promotes increase of efficiency of a command. The article addresses conceptual relations of organizational culture and characteristics of the team.
