Abstract

The subject of article is social responsibility which represents as one of criteria of organizational efficiency and is described in terms of social activity of the organization, its participation in a life of a society, the help to various layers. The theoretical analysis of the literature proves, that for increase of organizational efficiency it is necessary to use flexible system of modern social programs, as on intraorganizational and external level.
