Abstract

The article is devoted to psychological questions of organizational efficiency in interrelation with the social responsibility are considered. Subjective representations about organizational efficiency directly are connected with socially responsible attitude of the organization to the activity, as in practice receives the acknowledgement - at realization of programs of the social responsibility probably to involve, motivate and keep employees; to increase number of clients, to raise commodity circulation, etc.
