Terms and rules of acceptance of publication

Editorial Board of the Magazine accepts materials for publication, that contain results of original researches that differ by scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance, and are framed as completed articles, short reports and reviews of new scientific issues on pedagogy and psychology as well. The authors of the articles can be scientists and aspirants for scientific degree.
The articles sent to editorial board undergo blind peer view and the expert assessment of committee from the editorial board. The articles of postgraduates must be provided with the review of research instructor, mentioning his/her scientific title, academic title, position and work place.
The article sent to the author for further elaboration must be sent back in the corrected variant together with its initial variant in possibly short terms. To the corrected article it is essential to attach a letter that will contain answers for all the remarks and clarifications to issues highlighted in the artcle.
The article, presented for publication, must have Universal Decimal Classification, a title, an annotation, key words; information about authors: degree (without contraction), academic title, position, work place (a complete title of organisation with legal address), (everything is in Russian and in English), contact details of the author: e-mail, phone number, home address (in case of several authors - contact details of all co-authors of the article).
An essential requirement for the positive peer-view is the presence of bibliographic list (in Russian and in English) to the article, showing scientific literature, used in the process of writing the article. It must be in the format defined by the system of Russian index of scientific quotation.
The text of annotation should show: research object, aim of work, research methods, final results and their novelty, field of application and recommendations.
Texts must be presented in document-filing applicationin dialogue manager Microsoft World and are to be saved as doc/docx-files. Author’s surname in Russian letters must be used for the title of the file.
Operation factors: page format A4, mirror margines: upper 2.85 cm, lower 5.7 cm, inner 2.3 cm, outer 5.5 cm; interline interval - single, page numbering - on the right at the bottom of the page, paragraph indention - 1.25 cm.
Print: Times New Roman, conventional, size of the pin - 12, annotation, key words, list of literature, information about authors - 11.
Links for the sources are to be provided in straight brackets according to the number of source, obligatory to mention the number of the page with theoretical thesis or quotation, used by the author. After the number of source: colon, gap and the number of the page with quotation. Several numbers in one link are devided by comma.
The bibliographical list for the article is to be made in alphabetic order, and is to be placed after the article. It also must only contain the sources, directly quotated in the article. Description of the sources is to be full, including the publishing firm, quantity of pages for monographs and other books, pages “from”/”to” for articles.
Illustrations (schemes, graphs, diagrams) must have an index number and title, mentioned under the illustration (Pict. 1. Title); explanation of the meaning of all curves, figures, letters and other notation conventions. Links to all illustrations are to be given in the texts of the articles, for example (Pict. 1).
Each table must have an index number and a title, both over the table. All columns in the tables must be entitled. The link to the table must be given in the text of the article, for example (Tabl. 2).
Information about the author (in Russian and in English) including degree (without contraction), academic title, position, work place or a place of studies (chair and educational institution in the full form) with mailing address and index, e-mail to contact the author (will be placed in the issue) and phone number to provide connection between the editor and the author - must be written in the end of the article.
Maximum volume of the article is up to 16 pages, articles of postgraduates and aspirants for scientific degree from 8 to 10 pages. The articles of postgraduates are published for free.
