Abstract

The article continues the study of cultural and mass work at Kalinin State University, which was started in previous issues. The main event completing the annual cycle of cultural mass work was the amateur art competition «Student Spring», however, during the year many other events were held that contributed to the formation of high moral, aesthetic and moral-psychological qualities among students, as well as the disclosure of their creative potential. University-wide events were most often timed to major public holidays and carried an ideological and educational orientation. The main cultural and mass work was carried out at the faculties. Students tried to involve themselves in different areas of creative activity, but many faculties had their own specifics. The article is based on the materials of the large-circulation newspaper of KSU «Kalininets».
