Abstract

The author of the article analyzes the fates, and at the same time briefly also the most important episodes of social activity, of those participants in the All-Russian Local Council of 1917–1918 who represented the Tver diocese, as well as others who were associated with Tver and its province. The procedure and features of the election of delegates from the diocese at the diocesan electoral meeting are described. The sources for their biography and participation at the Council are analyzed, the fea-tures of the preserved, both often mentioned and little-known, heritage of these cathedrals are analyzed (and, if necessary, cited in detail) their speeches in the plenary sessions of the Council, the statistics of their participation in the meetings of the Council, the available experience and ex-isting plans to perpetuate their memory (the researcher formulates the necessary recommendations).
