Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of museum research carried out over the past 20 years on the basis of the Tambov Regional Museum of Local Lore. The main theme that has united different areas of museum and project activities for many years has been the study of the spiritual and patriotic ministry of St. Luke (Voino-Yasenetsky). He revived the Tambov diocese during the Great Patriotic War and laid the foundations for the continuity of cultural and historical traditions and church-state interaction in modern society.
