Abstract

During the war years, the employees of the Soviet aviation industry worked in extremely difficult conditions. However, even with the end of hostilities, the position of Aviaprom personnel improved very slowly. Downtime and salary delays have become a frequent phenomenon, and the real earnings of the workers of the aviation industry have fallen sharply in these years. This led to a significant outflow of labor from aircraft factories. However, by the end of the 1940s, the management of the aircraft industry managed to reverse this trend. At the same time, despite the fact that the average level of qualification of aircraft builders remained relatively low, there was a tendency to increase the proportion of highly skilled workers. It was the rate on the increase in the qualifications of the personnel of the aircraft industry that ensured the successful transfer of the Soviet Aviation Industry to the mass production of turbojet aircraft.
