Abstract

The article explores the issues and problems that arise in the daily life of people during the wartime and require judicial approval. With the outbreak of the war, a number of issues of legal regulation of domestic, family, civil law relations appear. The author gives an assessment of the activities of courts of general jurisdiction to resolve civil disputes, taking into account the circumstances of wartime. Based on the study of archival materials, the changes in legislation that took place at that time are analyzed. In everyday life of people during the war in the legal sphere, a number of issues become especially urgent. In everyday life of people during the war in the legal sphere, a number of issues become especially urgent. From the state side, many of them are given considerable attention. These are, in the first place, issues of inheritance, divorce, division of property, alimony payments, recognition of paternity, adoption, and many others. Also during the war in the everyday life of people there were questions that were not regulated by law.
