In article on the basis of observation prepared by the secret part of the police Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs according to the materials of perusal to «private mail» for 1908, examines the history of the activity of political parties in the third State Duma, recreates the atmosphere of public expectations and attitudes of different social layers of the Russian society
