Abstract

The article is devoted to revealing the role of social mobility in forming of labor collectives in the Siberian military enterprises during the Great Patriotic War. Author shows the process of the transformation of the different groups of population in detachments of industrial workers in defense industry. It is shown the real motivation of Soviet citizent for changing their social status in consequence of gaining of working professions. In general, the orientation of the Siberian inhabitants on an active mobility became one of the factors to ensure a successful realization of the state mobilization policy on the constructing new social and professional groups demanded for work in the large defense complex created in this macroregion.
