Abstract

On the basis of the autobiography and memoirs of a well-known Tver clergyman V.F. Vladislavlev (1820/1821−1895) written synchronously in the middle of the 19-th century the duality of his views on some intrachurch and diocesan problems as well as characterization contrariety of some personalities from the parochial community and eparchial authority are the problems at issue. The object of the article is the explanation of various readings in the texts on the ground of comparative analysis. From our point of view the clergymanmemoirist composed different in evaluating exigencies essays deliberately planning not only intravitam publication but chronologically long-run publications.
