Abstract

The author of article on the basis of the analysis of office work and statistical sources considers realization of projects of the Tver zemtsevconservatives mentioning questions of economic practice, comes to a conclusion about high productivity from realization of the project of reorganization of the Jaroslavsko-Tver post path. The complex analysis of historical sources has allowed not only to estimate changes in outlook of provincial conservatives taking into account dynamics of development of market relations, but also it is essential to correct the settled estimations of possibilities of local government.
