Abstract

The article analyzes the role of Tver district councils while carrying out Stolypin’s agrarian reform, based on Tver province materials. The focus of attention is paid to the question of agronomic help for peasants’ farms; the article describes ways of the given support and peculiarities of district councils’ functioning in this direction.
