Abstract

In article the critical analysis of traditional approaches and methods of studying of funeral monuments is carried out. Advantages of system and information approaches in the organisation of space of signs and in an estimation of results of researches reveal. Efficiency and perspectivity of the given technique is shown on 790 burials X–XII centuries in the Tver Volga region.
