Abstract

The 125 archeological articles and marks was revealled on declared subject in the differ-ent newspapers: «Tver goubernia bordereaus», «Tver eparchial bordereaus», «Tver herald», «Tverskoe Povolzhie», «Sankt-Petersburg bordereaus», «Pskov bordereaus». Periodicity of publications was, at the average, 3 articles for two years. The most amount of publication was at period of 1880-1890. It was connected with the beginning of activity of the public organization on study of Tver region history. The archeological sites: hillfortress, barrows and hills (VIII – VII BC – XIV AD), artifacts and activity of scientific organizations became the object of publication in press.
