Abstract

The article consideres the political activity of the prominent historian, Menshevik N.A Rozhkov from the autumn 1917 to the beginning 1919. Autor analyzed Rozhkov’s attitude to the October Revolution, the Soviet power, the war communism policy. The letters of Rozhkov to Lenin, Zinoviev, other epistolary sources, materials from the Departament Manuscript of the Russian State Library were used
