Abstract

Analyzing non-used earlier documents (mostly from secret services archives) author shows how Bolshevik power organized collection of information about workers’ moods in capital region in first half of 1920s. She argues that by using different channels of political information Bolshevik leaders got rather unbiased picture on labors’ intentions and affairs
