Abstract

In article the place of Tver in system of reignings of Northeast Russia is considered XIV century, similar lines in formation and a development of the city and princedoms with Moscow and Nizhni Novgorod come to light. The author notices, what process of formation of the grand-ducal (capital) status of these centers, obtained during the short chronological period the political recognition in Golden Horde, was accompanied by occurrence «grand-ducal consciousness», registration signs of the grand-ducal status
