Abstract

The article shows an attitude of the Democratic reforms party and the Peaceful innovation party to Stolypin`s programs of formation of bases of a civil society and a lawful state. Author use the publications of these parties and analyse constant attacks from their party on reformatory activity of the Stolypin’s cabinet. On her opinion, the criticism of the most vulnerable aspects of goverment’s reforms by liberals have played not last role in formation negative public opinion to them
