Abstract

In article on the basis of a documentary material origin of the agencies of state security in the Tver province in the first year of existence of the Soviet power is considered. The author considers process of occurrence of extreme bodies in the Tver province, their activity, and also investigates the mechanism of interaction and the arisen contradictions between extreme, party and Soviet bodies of the Tver province during the specified period
