Abstract

The Katanov State University of Khakassia, the Institute of Philology and Inter-cultural Communication, the chair of stylistics of Russian and journalism, Aba-kan The article traces the history of formation and development of a wall press in the 1920 - 1930. In the article is determined interrelation between occurrence of such publications in Khakassia and Oyrot and the events of the political and cultural life, here are identified the reasons of general drawbacks of wall press and analyzed achievements of wall newspapers, the comprehensive assessment of wall newspapers as historical-cultural phenomenon is given
