Abstract

The article describes the attempts of some Russian emigrants to receive affidavits from 1941 – to 1943. The correspondence with Alexander Kerensky and the Tolstoy Foundation reflects the activity of Russian emigrants and restores the order to draw up papers. The goal of this article will help to develop new historical sources about World War II
