Abstract

The aim of this article is to analize participation of the CPSU in the elec-tion campaign 1990. It then draws a political portrait of the CPSU before the elections, explicates party resources and strategies in electoral struggle. In this research, I reveal the ideological and organizational factors which in many respects define pre-election positions of Tver communists
