Роль отделения законодательного права Народного комиссариата юстиции в разработке декрета «Об отделении церкви от государства и школы от церкви»: по документам ГА РФ

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of the Public Law Department in the development of the decree on the separation of church from State and school from church. Based on the study of archival documents the author managed to show that Soviet goverment wasn’t created special commission to develope decree. The law was developed by the staff of the Department. But the members of this commission which mentioned in the soviet and modern  historiography could have participated in the drafting of the text of the decree.
