Changes in the development pattern in the central part of Tver in the 19th and early 20th centuries based (Оn the example of the house of merchant E.G. Shindler)

It would seem that the unshakable integrity of the stone architectural environment, which was formed in the central part of Tver by the architects of Catherine's time, began to undergo changes in the early 19th century. These changes affected not only the spatial design of the buildings from the last third to the last quarter of the 18th century, but also the stylistic appearance of these structures. And if at first (in the first quarter – the first half of the 19th century), taking into account the changing architectural fashion, stylistics were primarily adjusted, then the second half of the 19th century and especially the pre-revolutionary decades became the time when the building of the 60s – 70s of the 18th century could be disassembled not only fragmentally, but also completely. This article is devoted to such an "evolution" of a number of Tver buildings of the XVIII century.
