Pamyatnyye knizhki from the first half of the 19th – early 20th centuries as a historical source for studying Baltic settlers in the Pskov province

The article analyzes the commemorative books as sources for the study of the Baltic settlers in the Pskov province of the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries. The analysis includes the following components. Methodological review of the compilation of sources. The degree of development of questions about the causes of resettlement from the Baltic provinces of the Baltic States, the stages of migration, the spiritual and educational spheres of activity of immigrants in the Pskov region, the socio-political and economic components of Estonians, Latvians and Germans in the Pskov province is also presented. The memorabilia includes several parts. The statistical department was used as an analysis in the work. It is stated that the spiritual life of the Balts in the Pskov land is revealed in the commemorative books more widely than other aspects of life.
