The 3rd issue of the journal for 2023 publishes articles by Russian historians and researchers from Uzbekistan devoted to the history of revolutionary processes in Russia (Doctor of Historical Sciences V.P. Buldakov), the history of higher education in the USSR (PhD in Historical Sciences M.V. Kail), the history of the Russian Orthodox Church, its trends, the history of religiosity and the biographies of the ROC leaders (PhD in Historical Sciences V.V. Kerov, PhD in Historical Sciences A.V. Skutnev, PhD in Historical Sciences A.A. Fedotov).

The "Archaeology" section publishes an article by PhD in Historical Sciences D.N. Vorobyov, which presents new data on the topography of medieval Tver.

The issue traditionally publishes articles by postgraduate students. They present the results of research into the history of the struggle for women's rights in Italy in the 1920s and 1930s. (N.V. Bogachev), the history of church architecture in Smolensk (I.V. Burdukov), the history of school education in the Tver province in the 1920s (A.V. Plakhina) and in pre-revolutionary Russia (E.V. Ponomarev).

The article by the researcher from Uzbekistan A.F. ugli Atkirov is devoted to the history of philanthropy in Uzbekistan during the period of the Bukhara Emirate.
