Kudasheva, the article by Doctor of Historical Sciences P.G. Rogozny shows the evolution of civil marriage during the Civil War, the article by Candidate of Historical Sciences D.V. Rybin shows the fate of legalists and legalist roganitsy at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries, A.I. Savinova shows the use of cadastral materials in studying the history of the settlement of the Karelians, the article by Candidate of Historical Sciences Yu.N. Zelenskaya shows the role of the Kirov Railway in transporting imported goods during the Great Patriotic War, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences O.A. Panova traces the government policy in the field of primary school in the 1860-1870s. The issue traditionally publishes articles by postgraduate students. They present an analysis of the history of the study of the material situation of the Russian Orthodox Church (N.A. Kozlov), the results of studies of the history of Soviet cinema during the perestroika period (A.D. Moiseenko) and rural settlement in the Staritsky Volga region in the 14th-17th centuries (L.B. Molotilov).

In the section dedicated to scientific life, PhD in History E.V. Lagutkina presented an overview of the archaeological forum "Tver Land and Adjacent Territories in Antiquity" held in March 2024 at the History Department of Tver State University.
