About the Journal

The scientific journal is an information platform that allows demonstrating the achievements of the teaching staff of the Faculty of Law of the TV State University, representatives of leading law universities in Russia and other CIS countries. Each issue contains at least half of the articles of invited authors. A long period of cooperation with representatives of other universities made it possible to expand the geography of the scientific publication, to form various areas of scientific discussion.

The Bulletin constantly publishes articles by representatives of law enforcement - judges, lawyers, employees of internal affairs bodies, the electoral system, as well as commercial structures.

Reviews and materials of international, all-Russian and regional conferences published in the Bulletin are of particular importance and content value. Relevant materials make it possible to inform the scientific community about the events that have taken place, to present abstracts of speeches.

The variety of scientific literature, textbooks and manuals on branches of law determines the objective need for their discussion and constructive criticism. To this end, appropriate reviews are periodically published in the journal. The high level of peer review of scientific papers, textbooks and teaching aids is confirmed by their subsequent acceptance for publication by central publishing houses.

The materials published in the journal are intended for a wide audience interested in jurisprudence. Scientific articles devoted to industry issues are of interest to specialists in the relevant field. The presence in the journal of publications of a narrow focus allows the reader to form a comprehensive understanding of the current legislation and law enforcement.

A special target audience are young scientists, as well as law students. The study of publications contributes to the formation of their professional legal awareness.
