Abstract

Article is devoted to problems of legal regulation of representation to destination. Difficulties of definition of the legal nature of the relations the lawyer – represented are studied. Features of institute of action in others interest without assignment in relation to provisions of Art. 50 of GPK Russian Federation are opened.
