Abstract

On the basis on analysis of legal rules defining arms having cultural value and establishing the basics of its legal regime the gaps and contradictions within this legal institution are elicited as well as the proposals aimed at their elimination and at the elaboration of the legal regime of arms in general are put forward. As a material object for analysis cold weapons are chosen being the type on whose example the addressed is-sues could be illustrated most evidently.
