Abstract

In this article the author considers the changes that concerned the procedure of issuing by the customs authorities of preliminary decisions on classification of goods. The author carries out a brief analysis of judicial decisions against participants of foreign economic activity of preliminary decisions of customs authorities on classification of goods.
