Abstract

The author analyzes the explanations of the Plenum of the Supreme Court on the application by the courts of certain provisions of the Civil Code, including in disputes arising out of family relationships. The study of the relevant rules of the Civil Code, Family Code, as well as the position of the Plenum allows the author to draw conclusions about the place and value of Plenum in the sources of family law.
