Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of legal structures of civil contracts in the construction of capital construction projects, as well as the methodology of scientific analysis. The paper substantiates the new approach in scientific research dedicated structures within the sociological concept of the study of law, namely the study of public relations followed by isolation of their legal characteristics.
