Abstract

A comparative analysis of labor guarantees of family members, upbringing a disabled child according to legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan is given in this article. The subject matter are the norms of labor legislation of the RF and Kazakhstan, which has come into force on the 1st of January 2016 and affect rights and legal interests of employees, upbringing a disabled child (labor and rest conditions, employment termination). The article also provides a comparison of current labor legislation norms of Kazakhstan and the Labor code of the republic of Kazakhstan, which has ceased to be in force on the 1st of January 2016. Based on the results of the research conducted, the author notes similar norms of the investigated codes and describes their differential peculiarities. The legislation analysis allowed the author to v in the Labor codes of the investigated countries.
