Abstract

The article analyzes problems of the state protection and safety of participants of modern Russian criminal legal proceedings at adjournment or stay of judicial proceedings are considered. The attention to obligation of the accounting of safety of participants of process at making decision on interruption of judicial proceedings of criminal case is focused. The main changes and additions in a row of articles of the existing Russian criminal procedure law are offered. Keywords: state protection, security, participants in criminal proceedings, the trial.
