Abstract

The article is dedicated to comparative analysis of criminal and administrative tort aspects of counter-drugs legislation. When formulating the key problems of qualifying a number of the frontmost administrative other relative offences in the sphere of illegal trafficking in narcotics and psychotropic substances the author introduced suggestions for legislation improvement regulating the responsibility for these offences with the use of administrative prjudice. Propositions made in the article would represent an unconditional interest for law scientists and practicing lawyers.
