Abstract

The article deals with the qualification of receiving side actions when the submitting notifications on registration of foreign citizens in the place of residence, conducted by feeding these notifications through post offices, as well as questions of criminal liability of the investigator of the internal affairs for incorrect qualification of receiving side actions.
