Abstract

In this article we examined the degree of security of financial system of Russia on constitutional law in the context of political tensions and economic and financial instability, identified and discussed the problems that hinder the normal development of the financial system. Explored and ways to protect the recipient States from political risks caused by the unilateral economic and political sanctions, and identified ways of compensation for their losses. Proposed constitutional and legal mechanisms and instruments for the protection of the financial system of the Russian Federation with the purpose of settlement of arising at the inter-state level fiscal relations.
