Abstract

The article identifies and examines some of the current problems associated with such administrative and legal category as «the administrative-contractual regulation». Indicated that the administrative and contractual regulation of governmental relations is a legal regulation arising through administrative contract relations. At the same administrative and contractual regulation through regulatory and contractual means of influence on social relations.
