Abstract

The article is devoted to topical problems of implementation of modern educational standards in the study of students studying in the direction of "Jurisprudence", of course "criminal procedure", the formation of the corresponding professional competences, in particular, PC-5, PC-7 and PC-10. Special attention is paid to questions of use in practical classes with students of the case method as one of the most effective tools of formation of professional competences and practical skills.
