Abstract

This article discusses the features of the collateral contract. From 01 January 2014 the Federal law of the Russian Federation from 05 April 2013 № 44-FL «About contract system in the procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs» has established the obligation of the customer under a government contract to require the party purchasing the security for the performance of the contract.
