Abstract

On the basis of analysis of the rules of current legislation, which define the administrative-legal regime of cold weapons circulation as well as the law projects concerning this matter, which were proposed the previous year, the tendencies of development of the law institution in question are criticized. Furthermore, the propositions aimed at correcting the found flaws are made and a concept of development and perfection of the administrative-legal regime of cold weapons circulation, that takes the specifics of its current legal position into consideration, is formed.
